Sopwell House Monetary Gift Voucher

This Gift Voucher features a unique reference ID code and can only be extended with the purchase of a voucher extension, to do this please call 01727 864477. It may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience and cannot be redeemed until at least 3 days after the purchase date. If not presented, an alternative method of payment will be required. This Gift Voucher can only be used against the items stated. This voucher must be entirely redeemed at one time. No change or cash back will be given and no voucher for the difference will be issued. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will render the voucher null & void. Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on spa days and a 7 day cancellation policy on spa breaks. Dates and times are subject to availability. Vouchers may not be valid on selected dates such as Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays, Mother's Day, Easter and Valentine's Day. Supplements may apply on certain periods.
