Gift vouchers are only redeemable after 72 hours of purchase. Advance bookings are necessary. Your voucher code MUST be quoted at time of booking, and original voucher MUST be presented on arrival. If not an alternative method of payment will be required. Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours’ notice (7 Days for spa breaks) will render the voucher null & void. All experiences are subject to availability. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers or hotel events. Black-out dates may apply. Vouchers must be used by persons over 18 years of age only.
