Omboo Monetary Gift Voucher

Vouchers may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferable. To use your voucher, you must contact Reservations to make your booking using your voucher ID code. The gift voucher must then be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience and cannot be redeemed until at least 3 days after the purchase date. If not presented, an alternative method of payment will be required. This Gift Voucher can only be used against the items stated. Experience vouchers must be entirely redeemed at one time. No change or cash back will be given and no voucher for the difference will be issued. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers, or hotel events. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will render the voucher null & void. Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on spa days and a 7 day cancellation policy on spa breaks. Dates and times are subject to availability. Vouchers may not be valid on selected dates such as Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays, Mother’s Day, Easter and Valentine’s Day. Supplements may apply on certain periods. Voucher must be used by persons over 18 years of age only. Terms & Conditions are subject to change. The management reserve the right to cancel a voucher or refuse a booking at any time.
